About us

We are here to help students get extraordinary

We all need support through the most important period of our life: the early years

Husool is an organisation aiming to improve soft and hard skills of students that are pursuing their O/A Levels or equivalent. We believe education is more than academics,  it’s about creativity, leadership, teamwork, and real world skills. By bridging students, schools, and organisations, Husool makes essential curriculars accessible for all, following the Active Learning philosophy in our curriculums.

Vision

To equip the young adults of Pakistan with essential skills and build on human capital to lay a foundation for growth and ensure a better quality of life for them.

Mission

Husool aims to empower all students with the essential knowledge of soft and hard skills through the use of ECAs.

Projects

Build a Library

Books have the power to open doors, and Build a Library was all about giving that gift to students who don’t have easy access to them. Team Husool, alongside Vaseela-e-Imdad, invited students to donate books and even design creative bookmarks to be placed in the new library we helped facilitate in an underprivileged school. The best part? Everything could be done remotely, making it possible for anyone to contribute.

Skill Sprint 1.0 (2023) & 2.0 (2024)

Skill Sprint wasn’t just another round of online courses, it was a journey into the world of skills. Skill Sprint focused on helping students build on a wide range of skills online but still with a hands on approach. The program focused on helping students make the most out of their summers. Students have learned skills like the art of filming, social media management, coding, website development, product photography and more.

Taaj e Taleem - The Readers Community

For many kids in Sindh, books are a luxury they can’t afford. That’s where Taaj-e-Taleem stepped in after the success of Build a Library: an initiative by Team Husool and The Readers’ Community to spread the culture of reading by donating books. What made it special was that volunteers could contribute right from home while picking up real-world skills like logistics, networking, and teamwork.

Corporate Etiquette Workshop

Entering the corporate world can feel overwhelming, but the Corporate Etiquette Workshop made it less intimidating. Through fun, interactive sessions, participants learned the basics of professional communication: how to write emails, draft resumes, ace interviews, and even roleplay workplace scenarios. Instead of just talking about theory, the workshop encouraged students to practice and see what works. By the end, everyone left with practical skills and a little more confidence about stepping into their future careers.

Team Building Workshop

Working in teams isn’t always easy, but the Team Building Workshop showed that it can be both fun and rewarding. From icebreakers to blindfold challenges and balancing marbles together, participants were pushed out of their comfort zones and into situations where communication, trust, and leadership really mattered. Each activity made them a little more connected and a little stronger as teammates as we went from working in duos to a full blown team of 20. It was less about winning the games and more about discovering how powerful collaboration can be.

Herizon

Herizon was more than just any endeavour, it was a space where female, student entrepreneurs could see their potential more clearly. Through workshops, skill-building, and mentorship, participants explored ways to grow both personally and professionally. The focus wasn’t just on careers, but on confidence, leadership, and knowing that their ambitions truly matter. It gave women the tools, support, and encouragement to step into their futures with courage and purpose. The project concluded with a Bazaar at Nixor College to allow these students entrepreneurs to interact with the real market
